Delays

No airline can avoid delays. Delays can occur depending on a number of different factors: airspace congestion, technical reasons, weather conditions and more.

Novair, together with your tour operator, will do everything possible to alleviate the effect of a delay.
Remember to allow at least 2.5 hours between any connection and your flight, both on the outbound and return journeys as delays may occur.

Delay certificates can be obtained through Novair Customer Service. Under Passenger rights you will find references to applicable laws and regulations.
